Final reporting

What is this funding for?

There’s a new program that communities of people who are undocumented may want to know about. Starting this November, everyone who lives in Washington state will have the ability to buy health and dental insurance (also called Qualified Health Plans or Qualified Dental Plans) through Washington Healthplanfinder, regardless of immigration status.

On July 1, 2024, free or reduced cost Apple Health (Medicaid) may be available to those who qualify.

We need your help spreading the word about these new health insurance eligibility opportunities for immigrants who are undocumented across Washington state! The Vida Agency is offering grants to Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to assist with outreach to impacted population. Please complete the following grant application form. The amount of funds available is limited to $100,000 and not all organizations that apply will receive funding.
